Sales Tax Policy

Prize Possessions will charge sales tax on all invoices where product is shipped to an address within the states listed below UNLESS the customer has submitted a valid Sales Tax-Exemption/Resale certificate for that state.

STATES FOR WHICH WE COLLECT SALES TAX: 

• FLORIDA
• GEORGIA
• MASSACHUSETTS
• NORTH CAROLINA
• PENNSYLIVANIA,
• SOUTH CAROLINA
