Etching Terms

Crystal/Glass 

• Item price includes etching of logo and/or text where surface & space permits. On barware/stemware, price includes etching of logo & event copy (“Spring Fling”) only.
• Characteristics of Quality Crystal: Many of the quality crystal products in our catalog are handcrafted and may contain bubbles, flowlines and slight bumps. These qualities are inherent in the handcrafted processes and are not to be considered defects or reasons for replacements. Handcrafted pieces containing such qualities will be replaced only at customer expense.

Additional Surface Etching

• Some catalog items lend themselves to engraving on more than one surface (e.g., opposite side or rim). For each additional location, add $8 per piece per location.
