Return policy

Damaged Product:  All packages should be opened immediately upon receipt and inspected for any damage. If damage has occurred you must save the original carton, packing, and contents for the carrier’s inspection. Then contact Customer Service at 800-283-1166 to report the damage claim. Replacement items will be produced and shipped as soon as possible.

Product Returns:  Prize Possessions must authorize all returns. Please call Customer Service at 800-283-116 for a Return Authorization Number before returning goods.

Prize Possessions reserves the right to refuse any merchandise returns that have not been authorized.

There is a 15% restocking charge for authorized returns in salable condition.
