Engraving Terms
PrizeColor, Laser Engraving and Color Fill (Wood, Ceramic, Acrylic & Marble)
- All items in this catalog designated as PrizeColor or Laser Engravable are available for personalization.
- Laser engraving and color fill on wood plaques and ceramic awards are priced individually based on the engraving content.
- Items requiring color fill, including plaques and ceramic awards, require a minimum of 48 hours production time due to the painting process.
- All standard artwork and production requirements apply to laser engraving.
Stainless Steel
- Some products are made from stainless steel and may display lighter engraving due to the density of the base material. Light engraving on stainless steel items is not considered a defect. Such variations are not grounds for product replacement or return.
- Variations in engraving depth and appearance on stainless steel are normal product characteristics.
Blank Plates & Discs
- Items ordered without engraving do not include the blank plate or disc shown in the catalog.
Engraving Charges & Policies
- Engraving on silver, pewter, engravable plates, and other metal surfaces is charged at $1.25 per word.
- Adding a custom or stock logo is $3.00 per piece.
- For additional Surface Engraving, some catalog items lend themselves to engraving on more than one surface (e.g., opposite side or rim). For each additional location, add $8 per piece per location.
