Artwork & Proofing

Proof Approval

• A proof of your customization will be emailed for review.
• Production begins only after proof approval is received via email.
• Prize Possessions is not responsible for errors on approved proofs.
• The initial proof may be revised at no additional charge.
• Additional proofs requiring copy or logo changes will incur a $10 fee per revision.
• Delays in proof approval may affect delivery schedules and could result in rush charges.

 

Logo Setup Fees

• A one-time logo setup fee of $60.00 applies to all new logos.

 

Artwork Submission Requirements

• Email is the preferred method for submitting digital artwork.
• Accepted digital file formats include:
  • EPS
  • JPG
  • TIFF
• Sharp, black-and-white, camera-ready artwork is required for all new logos.
• PrizeColor logos must be submitted as color artwork.
• Grayscale artwork is not accepted.

 

Artwork Preparation Charges

• Artwork that is not camera-ready may require additional graphic design work.
• Artwork preparation and modification services are billed at $40 per hour.
