Production & Shipping

• Prize Possessions accepts orders by email, fax, through our website, by traditional mailed and over the phone.
• All orders require both an in-hand and event date.
•  Prize Possessions will email or fax a conformation of the planned engraving/etching which must be approved in writing and returned to Prize Possessions (emailed or faxed) before production will commence.
• Prize Possessions is not responsible for errors on confirmed engraving/etching text.

Normal Production time is 10 working days (Monday to Friday). Production will not begin until all order information, artwork and engraving/etching instructions have been confirmed and approved via fax or email.

All orders submitted allowing less than 10 working days for production, not including shipping times, will incur a 10% In-House Rush Charge, with a $25.00 minimum and a $200.00 maximum. Express shipping and expedited delivery charges necessary to meet a required delivery date are the responsibility of the customer.
