Customer Service Representative (full time)

Job Description:

In this fast paced environment you would be required to answer the phones constantly, always maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with all customers and ensuring that our high standard of customer satisfaction is always met. Customer order entry, exceptional spelling and being able to multi task is essential for this role.

Additional requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
• Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of basic computer software
• The ability to learn new software quickly
